will be provided. Requests are processed free of charge unless fulfilling them
incurs additional cost, in which case PRAY may charge a fee in accordance with
Article 7 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and
Principles for Application to the Data Controller:
“No fee shall be charged for responses up to ten (10) pages. A fee of 1 TL may
be charged for each page exceeding ten (10). If the response is provided on CD,
flash drive, or another recording medium, the cost of the medium may be
charged.”
Your rights under the Law constitute PRAY’s
obligations.

the extent required by law. Should there be any legislative changes, we will
